you can recell the frame batts if the bms is working but it is still going to be about 400 quid but this is not a option with the power tube batts that fit in to the frame. plb get a lot of motors with water damage to the controller and thus shorted them out and this can not be fixed or replaced.

on a 500w batt i can get 25-30 miles in turbo mode and around 50 if i dont hammer it inc hills well 48 is the furthest i have been on a normal bike ride with 1 bar left. my orginal batt is still working but down on range as it is getting on now age wise.

cant you take the bike back under warranty? as waiting 3 months for a new batt is not going to cut it.

bosch uses a can bus system so the motor controller has to talk to the bms b4 the batt will turn on so i bet that is your problem and why the new one wont work.
