    Rate of delivery of vaccine is reducing - not clear exactly when, nor for how much or how long. Apparently calling 65-69 is likely to happen very soon, but possibly the actual vaccinations will be done at a lower rate and take longer. (Could be Wales-only, of course!)

    I'd have expected "must" (or "shall") for imperative. Contrast: You should vote in the local elections. vs. You must vote in the local elections. "Should" is justified by there being consequences of not voting - such as the (potential) electorate not getting the people they wish elected...

    Local papers do get wound up - but this is obviously yet more brexit fallout. Entirely predictable - and was predicted. Though some of the worst suggested both closing. From a personal point of view, it would be nice if we could get a morning ferry across, spend a few hours, and come back over...

    The only time I ever saw someone walk up to another chap and damn near kill him with a single devastating upper-cut was in a pretty ordinary pub in London. Over a "game" of pool. Afterwards, he chose to stand around and make sure no-one was in a position to help the chap out cold on the floor...

    In my time working in Glasgow, it felt safer and nicer than many parts of London. That was mostly central and Pollokshields, Mount Florida, not the worst areas.

    Not all asthmatics get steroid-based medications. Some get by on, for example, ventolin or whatever alone. I'd expect checking that would be reasonably straightforward?
