    Installing a large disc on the non drive side is a bad idea. It is going to be regularly hit by your left shoe and loses its grip on the axle in a few months. A better solution is to replace your bottom bracket with one with 5mm longer axle. For your bottom bracket, 73 x 117.

    did you get the kit from me? If you did, then we supply free extension leads, just email support. You also need a bit of spiral wrap to protect the lead.

    it seems that Bosch torque sensor is based on variable reluctance. Have you tried to magnetically shield around the area where the torque sensor is located?

    that's tricky. Have you replaced the controller and battery too? You need first to make sure that you know which components are working and which ones are not. LED panels run on analog signalling, LCDs on digital. Tell us exactly what modifications you have done.

    You should avoid heavy front hub motors but anything up to 3kgs is OK. Avoid also 48v and square wave controllers if it is for a front hub, too much power is not good if you ride over a wet surface.
