    The issue seems to be definitively settled, then up for questioning again! Just a few months ago, someone seemed to decide that they had come from the Preselis, but not the precise location that had formerly been claimed. :)

    Nonsense. I am well and decide to go out - maybe to buy food. I come home. I think I have covid-19. Indeed, I become very obviously ill, so am self-isolating. But the FACT of me being ill with covid-19 does not, cannot, be fed back into the system if my phone doesn't connect from home.
