    Take two companies - one would benefit from no-deal, the other would suffer. I'd put money on the one that suffers going through their pain way before the one that benefits gets their gain. It takes time and money to increase production whereas failure can occur almost instantly.

    I wonder if anyone read that Leave one? The EU border in Ireland to be managed simply by having a dual Euro / pound currency as legal tender in both the North and South. Exports to the South would be dealt with in Euro and vice versa when importing to the North. Rates fixed at time of the deal.

    We ALL lost. Even if there were a sudden turnaround and we remain, even if very well-supported in doing so, we have overall already lost a huge amount that cannot readily be recouped.

    There is a possibility that any process of re-joining will be extremely difficult to negotiate as we would almost certainly be demanding re-admittance under terms at least as favoutable as at present, and they might not be offered.

    Speaking of £39 billion, not that I know anything, but I rather assume the bill is effectively denominated in euros? If so, how come the amount remains stable despite considerable sterling/euro movements?
