    Gear shift sensors

Are you an experienced cyclist? If you are then you probably ease off before changing gear by habit/instinct so it won't be necessary. I have over 2000 km without ever having felt that it was missing.

    Help! Ebike Delivery Problems

There are cases of post offices which lose parcels in France, the last time they caught a guy there were tens of thousands of Euros worth of goods in his house. All of the enveloppes with the 20 € note that granny sent for chrismas were missing though :D

Speed sensor & King Meter KM-529 LCD for XF07 36V front hub kit

Yes they are not exact because of tyre size - there is a 27 mm difference between a 28 mm tyre and a 55 mm tyre (one inch is 25.4 mm). The only way to have an exact speed reading is to be able to enter the exact diameter as measured on your bike. Most people who need precision use a GPS or even...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

NZ has fjords but also the good taste to name them "sounds" as in Milford Sound or Dusky Sound. Dagenham was the name of the glacier that carved the Thames valley?

Battery usage mid drive vs hub

I haven't tried with a battery adapted to a mid-motor, the GSM really beat up my bottle battery when I used it. OK so I was running unrestricted and the gearing wasn't sorted. In theory the usage should be identical with a bike weighing the same weight and the same rider and identical road and...

    Electric tricycle?

There was the noomad conversion kit but the company went under: https://www.google.fr/search?q=noomad+trike+conversion+kit It was a little overpriced in my opinion. There is another company that presented a clone at the last Spezi.

    Upgrade to BBSHD?

I still need twice that range (on the road) to get me to my favorite bars and back... A 250 W motor and a 12S 44.4 v battery of moderate size will get me that range. And the smiles, the GSM at 44.4 v is quite a pusher!

    Yosepower hub kits.

Turn the LCD back-light all the way down if you ride at night, even then it is strong. I have my LCD set to select level 1 when I turn it on, I tried level 0 but I have a HW brake sensor so not worried about bumping a pedal and having the bike run away. I have C14 set to strong.

    Death by dangerous cycling...

I often ride the trike on footpaths marked "2 roues interdits" But it is usually at one in the morning and not during the tourist high season. Only about 10 days to go before I can get back out riding. Yes it is that bad here...
