Riding illegal bikes can lead to being charged with driving offences.

I watched the youtube video, it was not clear to me that he was travelling at above 16mph. If he did, then his apparent speed on the video did not appear particularly fast, easily achievable on pedalling alone because the road was pretty flat. He wouldn't need a dongle for that sort of speed. If...

Riding illegal bikes can lead to being charged with driving offences.

QUOTE: Nathan Rasiah, prosecuting, said: 'In this case the evidence suggests it was travelling in excess of the road limit and the limit for the bike. 'If they [electric bikes] exceed a certain speed or power you do need a licence.' does that comment suggest that he had a dongle on his bike?

New ebike battery technology coming soon?

The word 'battery' can easily cause confusion in folks. the Lithium ion batteries we use are secondary batteries, fuel cells are primary batteries. Hydrogen air fuel cells for example are primary batteries, you fill up your hydrogen tank. The aluminium air batteries are also fuel cells, and we...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I thought he said he won't be negotiating an extension with the EU. he still has not but he must know that Erskine May won't allow another vote today to reverse last Saturday's vote.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

their leaders know what they want to take control of: the conservative leadership. Brexit is primarily a fight between conservative MPs. For the rest, they'll decide later what it is that they want for the country.

you waste your effort. brexiters will argue that it's not about money, it's about taking back control.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I can't see how he can win. The basic arithmetic has not changed. The majority of MPs do not want no deal and the WAB bill will have tons of amendments to go through, even then, the HoL will likely vote down any attempt to rush through a Bojo's Act of parliament. The EU will have no choice, they...

New ebike battery technology coming soon?

another one is trying to re-invent the wheel. in an aluminium air battery, the basic chemical reaction is the oxidation of aluminium. The higher the concentration of hydroxide ion in the electrolyte, the higher the rate of reaction. This guy tries to make an electrolyte that 'he can drink some...

the ERG can see that we won't have enough time to negotiate a comprehensive FTA with the EU by the end of next year. They only want GATT24 with the EU. If the WAB is not amended, that's what we are heading, GATT24.

to be fair to Corbyn, most of us knew how Bojo's deal was shaping up thanks to twitter.

    New bike

previously, Chinese bikes tend to have exposed electric wiring. The Camino has internal cable routing. The cables exit the controller vertically, straight through a hole on the downtube (left insert). There is no way water can get inside the downtube, and even if it does, the drain is at the...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Just a bit of Bojo's bluster. Bojo will try his best to avoid scrutiny but there is no way that parliament is going to pass his deal without some compromise, likely a second referendum.

Letwin motion is Bojo's motion as amended by Letwin. MPs voted the deal through but many MPs may not realise what happened. No 10 confirmed that Bojo will send extension letter tonight. He is now taking a logical step which is to push the WAB through parliament as quickly as possible.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

we would need only a technical extension long enough for the WAB to pass, about 6 weeks. The EU parliament may need a little longer but they'll ratify before Christmas. The only effect of the vote is so that Bojo can't cheat as you can see by his reaction this afternoon after the vote.

Battery needs new fuse.....companys gone bust.....

the fuse is colour coded. Show us a picture of the blown fuse, we should be able to tell. There is a 20A fuse at the output, the input may or may not have a fuse.

he is not writing that letter tonight. My guess is Gina Miller will have to take him to the High Court on Monday, then Court of Appeal then the Supreme Court. If he loses at the Supreme Court, the police can enter No 10 to arrest him. The earliest time is probably next Friday. He may just write...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

The Letwin motion does not stop a MV tonight but BJ just said in the HoC that [there will be a vote on his deal but] it may not be his MV in tonight's vote. All the Letwin motion does is to stop Bojo and Cummings to take us out without a deal. He is obviously worried that the arithmetic is not...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

the Letwin amendment has been accepted this morning, with a good chance that it will pass. That will compel Bojo to get both the MV (the one vote you referred to) and the WAB vote in a week to 10 days time to complete their passage, otherwise, we'll get an extension. If there is an extension...
