Help! Woosh Zephyr B vs Brompton M6L + Woosh convertion vs Brompton M6L electric

the Zephyr is much more comfortable because it's a full sized bike which can fold. You can do 30 miles a day, days in days out with the zephyr. The Zephyr has an excellent RST 100mm fork. You can hit a road bump at full 15mph without getting airborne. You can take it off road. You can't do...

    How to start?

in the new year. We assemble our bikes in Southend, some components are in another shipment, arriving in late January. We will be in time for the season for folding bikes starting in February. The battery on the new bike is a lot more nickable than on the Zephyr because it is semi-in-frame, half...

    How to start?

36V * 12AH = 432WH, good for about 35-40 miles. the battery has lock and keys, quite safe in public places. You can remove it to charge indoors or charge it in situ, the charging port is covered by a rubber flap. I also have a new 20" folding bike which folds smaller than the Zephyr, at sea...

Bearings gone I think in wheel.

take the wheel off the bike, use a 10mm spanner to turn the axle clockwise and anticlockwise. Post a 20 second video, we can probably tell you what's wrong with it.

Bearings gone I think in wheel.

check the motor connections first. If one of the 3 phase wires is disconnected, the motor may exhibit those symptoms. Where about do you live?

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I support this idea, although I would prefer to have a 20% band between 250k and 600k. How about taxing the estate instead of heirs?

    Battery cost for TSDZ2

I use the HL1 case. There is also a new rack option for the 48V battery with higher capacity.

    Bike Maintenance

he should keep the drive system clean but there is no real need to oil the chain. I don't understand why he said the the headset and suspension fork are dead, and I sell a fair number of bikes to deliveroos.

    About to buy tsdz2.Questions.

I have to charge VAT while companies like PSWPower don't because they are based in China. They shipped duty paid but no VAT. If you live in the Channel Islands, I don't charge you 20% UK VAT.

I don't think that the UK will attract that many immigrants in the next 30 years.

    Bike Maintenance

I am surprised that the fork and the headset are 'dead'. The fork is Suntour NEX HLO 63mm. It's basic but robust and don't need any maintenance. It could be that the quick lock is stuck for some reason. The headset is standard semi-sealed ballbearings and don't need much looking after even if...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

JC does not have to build that many. Let's say he succeeds in building just the first 100,000 council flats, not even houses, this country will run straight into bankruptcy. Think about this for a moment. The price of houses will collapse because investors will think that he will build a lot...

    How to start?

the range is limited by the battery's capacity. the battery on that kit has 30 cells, eco: 36V * 7.5AH, pro: 36V * 10.5AH.

    How to start?

they all have the same frame, so it won't make any difference to fitting a kit.

their B75 is excellent value for money. You don't need many gears when you have an electric motor.

    How to start?

if you reduce your range to 40 miles, it will be a lot easier because the battery will be 30cm long instead of 36cm. It makes a big difference to the task of fitting the battery to a small bike. E-bike batteries are typically built with 18650 cells, as packs of 30 cells, 40 cells and 50 cells...
