that I can believe. There are an awful lot more losers than winners if Bojo make us leave on no deal. There are about half a million retirees living in the EU27 for a start. A lot of them voted for Leave.

it'll be back to 1.10-1.11 EURO. Bojo pushed back only a little.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Bojo only pushed back the opposition a little bit, a few days at the start and a few days at the end. It won't change anything materially. The opposition can still seizes the order paper on Tuesday and put in a motion requiring him to drop no deal brexit which everyone expects he'll refuse to...

it's more like your wife wants a new car by Monday and you insist that there is still life in the old car. She'll criticise you for not having any imagination. If you don't cooperate, she'll throw her chequebook at the salesmen.

the biggest problem with 20" or 16" folders is where you fit the battery. If I had to choose, I'll choose the Dahon any day. It's much easier to convert. If you need a reasonable torque and range, you really need 13AH battery for BBS01 or XF07/XF08 and it's heavy and bulky. I think I remember...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

With Bojo, it's all bluff and bluster. New legislative agenda? Pull another one. he only lead a fraction of conservative MPs, much less than 200 and most of whom work for him. The rest are opposed to him, ERG, conservative remainers, remainists and the opposition. He can't get a deal through...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

the weasels are the ERG MPs who voted down their government deal (not just TM's deal, Bojo's deal if it comes to it) to profit those backers that import food and drinks from outside the EU.

Bojo can't have TM's deal, he will face the same rejection by the ERG, they don't want a transition period. It's no deal or no brexit, unless JC becomes PM.

Dominic Sandbook: "The plot, some of you might remember, involves a villain who proposes to introduce a hallucinogenic drug into Gotham City’s water supply. The drug in question is a ‘fear gas’, which causes you to see what you most dread. Once released, it will induce mass hysteria in Gotham’s...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

back in the late 60s and even early 70s, we lived in fear of WW3 and the USSR. Security was then a far bigger issue than now. I still remember bits of that time. How time has changed. People are now more worried about Chloe's story in Holby City or how many women Prince Andrew had slept with.

could it be that those who voted for brexit thought that the USA is the real guarantor for peace and security rather than the EU?

I'll sort out the webpage for that part tomorrow. Have you got a motor with 9-pin connector?

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I could see that brexit will come to just remain or no deal, the EU saw that back in July 2016. brexit is a civil war among the tories. Now it's spread to the whole country because the tories are in power.

The EU would love to slap 45% import duty on any milk going into ROI from the North... Having a backstop means that they can't tax milk going South for processing and returns back to the North. TM saw that and thought it was a clever idea to extend the backstop to the whole of the UK. That was...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

there is an interesting idea, explained on the BBC News channel this morning: The backstop will be left to UK and ROI to negotiate directly. Essentially, each side will pass a law so that only goods compatible with the regulatory regime on the destination side can be moved across the border.

be careful with that 'we'. it may not be 52/48 next time the question is asked again. It's clear to me that what people want does not coincide with that of those who funded the Leave campaign (no deal). Poll suggests 26% of voters support no deal.

    Help! Motor hall sensor fault

At the moment, all you have is a fault code. you need to positively locate the fault first. If for instance, the fault disappears if the motor cable is unplugged and reappears when the motor cable is put back then the conclusion the fault must be in the wheel. Then you follow the same logic down...
