    DIY Mechanical Dongle

SW, would you ride at 25mph in mud and rain? His idea is brilliant and Bosch can't say that he tampers with the bike's electronics.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

lots of people, including myself, thought that if we charge enough import duty on German cars, the EU would be forced to give us a good deal. Later, we found out that they can't let NI be the backdoor for smugglers. I have always supported EFTA brexit.

No. If TM had worked that one out, she wouldn't be heading for the chop now, would she?

I didn't say anything about ignoring manifestos and democracy. Most MPs accept the result of the 2016 referendum and try to do their job in the best way. If they cannot find a good brexit that they can agree on, then perhaps the most obvious reason is there just isn't a good brexit.

    Full Throttle ebike legal again!

why do you have to MoT it and insure it? You can fill in an SVA form, pay £55 fees, no need for MoT, insurance. The only requirement is to have a legal bike before adding a throttle.

ask the ERG that question. 90% of conservative MPs voted for TM's deal. 10 DUP and 20 ERG MPs sunk that deal @ MV3 and handed conservative share of votes to Farage's enterprise.

No, David Cameron lost to Farage and BJ in 2016. Now TM is losing the same bet to the same players. They have superior strategy. If you want to win, you have to be more populist than the other guys. Whichever way you look at it, the players lose only their game, the country has lost a fair bit...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

a large number of voters do not know which parties support brexit and which not. Only 37% know that the conservative party supports brexit against Labour 17%. 5% thought the LibDems are pro brexit!

    Pas hollowtech

the 3-pin Julet connector is pretty good, a lot better waterproofed than the plastic shell of the PAS. If you open a PAS after a few months in use, you can see water seeping through the gap surrounding the LED and cable entry. The left side pedal sensor is a bit better watertight, not because...

    Full Throttle ebike legal again!

I think no one should feel guilty about using a twist and go throttle. It does not make your bike go any faster, it just lets you use your bike the way you like. After all, the police are not interested in you having a throttle like they would if you fit an illegal kit or derestrict your bike...

and 20 ERG MPs sell their party to Mr Farage. For what? do you think the EU will remove the NI backstop for BJ?

    Brexit, for once some facts.

the fact is there if you want to see it: only 10% of conservative MPs stopped brexit and they are members of the ERG. TM lost by 58 votes. If 10 DUP and 20 ERG MPs changed their vote to supporting her, you would have got brexit now. The ERG stopped the brexit they don't want and split your...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

you can't deliver brexit by yourself, can you? you need parliament for that. Now if you don't like what parliament has decided (ruled out no deal and second referendum), you know you need a fresh vote.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

that's the nub of the brexit conundrum. Brexit can only be delivered by the conservative membership, not by parliament, not even by conservative MPs. As soon as BJ is PM, he will be forced by parliament to have another GE. I guess if you offer to people a chance to vote: remain with BJ or kick...
