Child carrying commuter for steep hills

yes and no. Mid drives are not as practical for transport as a large geared hub motor like the BPM on the Big Bear. When you are on a hill, you need a lot of torque to get started. If you are in the wrong gear, it's a lot of hassle. The BPM gives more than 50NM at a simple push on the cranks or...

Child carrying commuter for steep hills

I would recommend a step through Big Bear LS or a Santana3. A step through lets you getting on/off more easily when there is a child seat. Also, the Big Bear uses a large BPM motor and cadence sensor with optional plug in throttle for no pedal or easy hill start. The price is not bad either...

what is the scale? 4 out of 10? 20? 100? there is so little between the 10 candidates, half a point between the best and the worst. By the way, nearly all of them offer free money and brexit.

The stem is as you can see, a quill type, it's secured by a wedge nut. You need a 6mm allen key to loosen the wedge nut and rotate the handlebars. How tall are you? The Petite is perfect for 5ft2-6ft riders. It has a plug in thumb throttle on the right. You can see the hole in the middle of the...

they won't 'buy' the NHS, Donald Trump only insists that NHS procurement auctions be open equally to US firms like they were to EU firms until now, such as care homes, private hospitals doing NHS operations, no price control on drugs etc.

the EU's success relies in (an important) part on their solidarity and social cohesion fund. It's much more that what we give to disaster relief effort to third world countries. In order for the people of large parts of the world to benefit, these funds need to be scaled up like the original...

did you watch Farage's reaction after losing Peterborough's by election? He was at the count but slipped away by a back door before the result. As he said this morning, he lost because Labour has data and he hasn't. I reckon he had spent a lot of money on twitter for advertising and...

I don't think JC would re-nationalise rail, water and electricity anytime soon. The aspiration is there but we have been living off foreign direct investments for so long that it will take at least a generation to wean off that level of dependency on the goodness (or greed) of strangers. We need...
