Very confused - Looking for an electric bike

you can't buy one of them in the shops. any bike with assist speed over 15.5mph will need to have a number plate and insurance, you will also have to wear a helmet and ride on the roads, not bicycle paths.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Labour now supports a second referendum and will campaign for remain in the next GE. Is it the case of error of judgement from JC? closing the door after the horse has bolted? I watched JC on BBC yesterday, he could not bring himself to admitting he could have avoided the whole EP vote if he so...

Commuter bike for a heavy guy with short legs.

big bear LS or Santana 3, both will do well. You don't need to change gear with those bikes. Select a gear that suits your speed and cadence, the motor is so willing that it takes out the need to change gear. If you need extra boost because the road suddenly gets steep, just push the throttle.

    hello!

the Big Bear LS is a good choice for your weight and height. I would recommend it. http://wooshbikes.co.uk/?bigbear-ls The Bear comes with a 350mm seat post which is too short for you. If you go ahead with it, please ask for a 400mm post, there is no charge. Also, I would recommend the SP12 NCX...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

those who did not want May's deal did not want nor need May any longer. She has done the job they wanted from her: the withdrawal agreement. Now they know what they need to know, they simply got rid of her to seize power from the tory moderates. They may as well organise indicative votes in the...

If the new PM manages to get a successful indicative vote among tory and Unionist MPs, then the problem can be solved.

Watching Daniel Hannan this morning on TV reminds me that he is no longer an MEP. there is some good in the EP election I think.

as you can see, remain would win if there were a referendum tomorrow but the UK is still very much split roughly in the middle.

LibDems beat BXP by a small margin in 2019 but people did not vote for LibDems nor the BXP in 2016. To compare the results 2016/2019, you need to line up the forces in York, brexiters (UKIP+BXP) and remainers (LD+GREEN+CHUK). Remainers have strengthened 5% in 3 years. If the trend/momentum is...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Just a bit of confusion. Here are the 2019 result: LibDems won in York. The 2016 result was a two horse race. If a new referendum is between WTO brexit and no brexit, the remainers have increased their win a tiny little bit since 2016 (58/42). 2019 Remain wins by 63/37 in York LD+Green+CHUK...

    Help! Tsdz2 48v

I stock 48V battery but where did you get your TSDZ2? You need a battery that can support 150% maximum current drain. For example, a 48V 12AH can support up to 1.5C maximum, that is 48V 18A, good enough for 500W continuous but not 750W.

election results start coming in. I think it's safe to say that our friend vfr's candidate Tommy Robinson won't go to Brussels and Southend remains a brexit town.

you don't have to convince me. I am pretty sure the machines will beat the human in fruit picking. A rate of 1 fruit per second can easily be achieved in the next 2-3 years.

it will be a few years before fruit pickers should feel threatened. At the moment, those robots can only pick raspberries at the rate of one a minute.

that's correct. The estimated £18 billions for the RAL need to be paid in the period 2020-2025. It's not a big amount. The main problem is the NI backstop. The DUP can't accept to be treated like an EU country while being part of the UK.
