    no he won't make it to 30mph, even if he changes the chainring to a larger one. That's bike is fitted with a 70NM motor (Yamaha PW SE). I ride a 14kg bike fitted with a 100NM motor, skinny tyres, I can't even make it to 30mph with my 11st-12st weight.
