the cheapest solution is this one, made by XOFO and fitted into my Woosh Sport TS. It's built inside the motor.

I shamefully run away from France to avoid the NS.

    Torque Sensors

it shouldn't do that. Did you wobble on the saddle while resting your foot on the pedal? You have to push firmly on a hill start to start the motor. If it happens again, get it checked out.

I sold more bikes with rigid forks (the Woosh Karoo) to the over 80 than to the under 60. Those of us who did not know WW2 are too soft.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

did you watch The Big Question this morning on BBC1? An old man in the audience, 95 year old. he was asked at the closing: How should we deal with the unemployed [in the EU]? his answer: we need a war.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I am sure he knows that. People like Crispin Odey work with contracts all day long, he must know that the UK won't be free to do deals until brexit day. He just says what he thinks his audience likes to hear. On this, he is not alone, JRM suggests we won't pay any bill until we get what we want...

his target audience of this piece is not the politicians but the brexit voters. In this, he is convincing therefore not stupid.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I don't know but I suspect he is not. He knows which way to bet, he bet that brexit would win and made a lot of money out of it.If giving money to the conservatives and UKIP give him a chance to influence the outcome of the vote, then it's just marketing funds. He would not be alone in the trade...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Crispin Odey: “We’ve got to have that self-confidence to make breaches. There’s no point in voting for freedom if you don’t know what to do when you’re free." there is a grain of truth in what he said. but does he, Gove and BJ know what to do now that brexiters won?

    Torque Sensors

you can already buy very good bottom bracket torque sensors for around $50-$70. Do you think your idea will lead to a better torque sensor? Chain tensioners are not good sensors because they are exposed and can be moved by kinks in the chain. If your chain tensioner is falsely triggered, the...

    BLDC Hub Disassembly

that's correct. The 3 hall sensors are soldered to the same board. Make sure you note down the orientation of the sensor. Best to test them and take a picture before desolder them. Usually only one dead sensor is enough to cause the motor to misbehave.

    Reliable commuting bike recommendation

A reliable bike is a motorbike, something like the Woosh Santana2, you just sit on it and twist the throttle, pedal a little now and then to stop blood clots from forming. I can send one to France or drop one when I come to Paris next time.

with hindsight, that was a mistake. We have supported the forum and maintained a trade account for a long time, if I remember correctly, since 2012. It started when Trex was involved in a row with eddieo back in 2012 when eddieo was looking for a folder for his wife. Needless to repeat that...

I'll be dead and gone before the EU is changed. Look at Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, ROI. All are members of the Eurozone. All have signed up to the 3% straight-jacket stability pact. All are too weak to cope with that envelope. Result: they have to tighten their belt and guess what, when...
