Turning from Belstead Rd to Luther Road the first bit is horrific, I avoid if possible but its very short then downhill after that or if I have more time I go round to Prince of Wales Rd and avoid it Willoughby is thought to be a killer so you round the bottom and up Belstead Road

.I'm really good at creating solutions - when we moved in I insisted on our bedroom being on the ground floor, I can do stairs now but soon? Who knows The bathroom has grab rails from the start, great for when I started falling! Tomorrow is my first day at work using "access to work" funding...

Yes, it was heavy for me 7 years ago when I got it; but 2 further surgeries and 2 new diagnoses mean it's unsustainable and I'm not likely to improve - I hope going physically downhill is a few years off yet But I have had to make adaptations in my life & work It needs a new battery and the...

I am slowly writing why I think each part of the bike I think I want: Do you want the part of my disability that prevents/affects something or the fact that it does? Prefer upright position as I have scar tissue around my lower 5 vertebrae as a result of bilateral hip displasia or prefer...
