Has anyone changed the seatpost on these bikes yet..? Was wondering what size seatpost to be looking for as I fancy putting a Suntour NCX on mine (my tape measure's not the best and don't have a caliper thingy..:rolleyes:).

Yes thanks Red, that shows the connectors better. I think I'll just have to take a punt on the cables and change the connectors if necessary, as suggested by @anotherkiwi.

Thanks for the advice. I don't possess a soldering iron so was hoping to go with what's there plus electrical tape and heat shrink for the light connection. I haven't had the motor casing off yet to have a look but I thought from looking at the light connections on p.24 of the Bafang max drive...

Ok so found the keys tied up under handlebar but what do you guys reckon on state of battery.?.It's got gouges out of the plastic casing and is pretty scratched up.
