Hi, Thanks again for the info., but I'm afraid I can't find anything on Xiongda's website that seems to fit the description, all motors listed seem to be 2-3kg in weight. Do you have model or ref. no. for the motor and controller? It would be nice to know what I was asking for! Many thanks

Hi, back again. The motor was a standard Bafang BPM 350w 201 rpm model, the controller was a 'universal' motor controller for 350w motors, sold by BMS battery - they do not list it any more, but any 350w brushless motor controller should do the job fine. As I recall (I did all this over 7 yrs...

Worth also mentioning trying out the Puppy version of Linux (now at version 5.2.8) This is especially useful for old computers and laptops with low spec hardware. You can down load it and burn an ISO image to a CD and boot from that, or make a bootable USB pen drive. You never need to install it...

Yep. Had 3 punctures in the space of less than 4 miles on my Wisper a couple of years ago. Fixed them with the wheel in situ, as you mentioned. Wasn't a whole heap of fun though..:rolleyes: Phil
