There is a charging port on the bottom left hand side of the battery.

If it's this battery your considering then you will be able to charge it using the charger that came with your bike. I have been using one of these batteries for 2 years and have had no problems and it's still performing well.

Sounds very much like the spoke magnet needs adjusting.

Possibly, my Giant road-E + 1 when using eco mode and pedalling well on flat roads will only use 1% of battery per mile.

When you have fitted an inflated your tubeless tyres then spray the rims with soapy water and check for bubbles that are appearing. If there are any then that will point you to escaping air so then swill the liquid inside the tyre to seal the escape and make sure you pay attention to the valve...
