Finally gone and done it But!!!

I am absolutely amased by the Suntour NCX seatpost. It's like floating on air instead of a constant jarring up the spine. (I ride in a very upright position on my e-bike). So, a big saddle and a suspension seatpost is my recommedation.

I recommend the freeware smartphone apps, because they don't cost anything. All the apps use your phone's GPS to track/measure the speed. Mine is called GPSpeedKMH, but I guess any speed app will do just fine.

If you do not know the gear ratio and/or number of magnets, the type 100 Into parameter P1. (Remember to adjust wheel size and speed limit beforehand) Then go fo a ride. (And use a gps speed app) If you motor tapers off at 23 km/h, the raise parameter P1 by 10 to 110, and recheck speed/taper...

I can’t calculate the correct number for you. Instead you do as described and go for at spin on your bike and fine tune the number in order to align the motor taper-off-effect

Hi I explained parameter P1 in the thread: Q100 parameter P1 explained It’s about aligning the controller perception of the wheels actual speed, with the speed lidt that you have entered e.g. (25 km/h in Europe) Do not be fooled by the original setting, thinking that it is correct. It’s just...

    Q100 motor – parameter P1 explained – speed alignment

    - Parameter P1 is used for speed alignment. Below, you’ll read how I managed to align the actual speed with the speed shown in the display, using parameter P1. I also managed to get the setup to taper off power as intended. I live in Europe, so I chose max 25 km/h on my ebike. First, I got it...

    Running lights via battery

I have e-mailed the customer service in the online shop where I bought the controller and asked them what this plug is used for. They haven’t replied yet. Being of an impatient nature, I posted my question here hoping that one of you would have the answer. I shall follow up on my e-mail to...

    Running lights via battery

The plug meassures in at just sub 5V. It is a constant current and it is not affected by turning on/off lights via the display. (Maybe this is just a matter of finding the correct setting in the LCD-display) Now, I can see that my question actually consists of two... 1) The plug voltage...

    Running lights via battery

Hi I have an Orbea Katu 20 mini bike and it came with a dynamo front hub and matching front/rear lights. Now, I have substituted the front wheel for a conversion kit (front hub motor) and I wish to connect the front/rear light to the controller. This should enable me to power the lights via the...

Controller won't cut off at 25km-15m/h

I have set the display to KM, so that is correct. However, the rim size I have changed from 20 inch to 16 inch. (It really is only 20 inch wheels on this bike) The speed is meassured wrong when the correct rim size is chosen, so I adjusted rim size down to 16 inch to fit the speed correctly...

Controller won't cut off at 25km-15m/h

Hi I have installed a Q100 36V front wheel, with a S06S sine wave controller 36V and a S-LCD3 display. In the display I have adjusted the system to "cut off" at 25 km/h, - but the controller doesn't cut off. Instead it continues to assist all the way up to what seems to be the top speed of the...
