No sign of any shunt can you recommend a better controller for more power?

I am going to look in the controller this evening! But can anyone recommend a controller to give more power. I am not worried about killing the battery

I would like to swap my rear fat bike 250 hub motor for 500w for a bit more power going up hill. Can I get away with just swapping the motor? Or do I need to swap any other parts at the same time, like the controller and LCD display Im told the current kit is Bafang! Has anyone else done this...

The LCD is a C961 (good spot) and I have attached a picture of the Controller. Is the C691 a decent unit? Is it worth upgrading? Thanks

Thanks for your help, I ordered a 12v motorcycle light. Needless to say it didn’t work. Been told I can get a dc to dc adapter! Not sure if that will work though. will any controller do to replace, or would I be better using an external switch?
