For anyone still affected by the sadly ongoing Impulse motor debacle, I've found out that Kalkhoff have now extended the warranty by 12 months for Impulse motors purchased on or after 1 August 2017 (it was previously only a 2 year warranty). https://www.kalkhoff-bikes.com/en_gb/warranty
