Can't get my leg over anymore

Been riding my Volt Pulse (2017) bought two years ago second hand and it's been absolutely brilliant. I'm 71 and due to hernia problems, hernia op in May and covid in July, have not been out as much as would have liked. Anyway, having difficulty getting my leg over the saddle so looking at a...

    Time for a helmet camera?

Going around roundabout today in Pontypridd. Car approaches on left on a slip road from the A470 where it's 70 mph. He seemed to slow down and I merrily carried on. Next thing he is on my inside doing about 40 mph and passes me about 6" from my pedal. Had he hit me, I would have needed a...

So wobbly wheels are ok then??

Let's start by saying I am a novice here. Short version – Mid Jan had my 10 year old Giant Sedonna converted by local company. Rear wheel cadence sensor hub. By March there was a clicking sound coming from the rear wheel. Took it back and was told it was the spokes (see more below) Mid May...

Wanted E Trike for a short lady

"That's no lady that's my wife" Anyway, she is only 4'10" and this morning tried out a Jorvik 20" wheel but she was just a little short on the pedal. Anyone have any ideas on alternatives please? PS Just found something called crank shorteners - anyone have any views?
