These are just some photos of the controller and wiring at present. The original PAS sensor is 3 wire, as is the throttle. Red white black or red white green but both 3 wire.

Possible this is one of the reflectors - my bike had a little too much play and depending on the road surface i would hear the reflector tapping against the spoke. Drove me nuts but figured it in the end
