Is there a 5v output from a 48v controller? I have a 5v usb front light that i currently plug into the usb port of my battery (from eclipse bikes). It works but is a bit clumbersome as it means the cable is sticking out the side of the battery.

I'm hoping there is a 5v feed that i can tap into somewhere. Anyone any ideas?

Cheers

There's 5v for the throttle, PAS, brakes and speed sensors, but it can't provide enough current. I think about 100 milliamps for everything including the controller's cpu, so no good for lights. You'll have to use your battery usb socket.
