i took ownership of my Urban Mover last week. I had some trouble with a faulty charging unit, but UM relaced this imediately, which I thought was very encouraging from a new owner point of view.
My question is the battery indicator on the handle bars drops from 3 lights to 2 and even 1 light while I am cycling home, which is at the top of a steep hill. When I near my home the 3 lights illuninate, is this usual and how do you know what is the exact state of the power?

yes, this happens on all e-bikes, due to the voltage drop under load. the Wuxing "traffic light" indicators on your handlebars aren't very accurate and should only be used as a rough guide, but the most accurate indication is when the bike is stationary.

Hi

Just as a follow on from the op,s question. I have measured the voltage of my battery, 24v. The fully charged voltage is 26:3v . I am thinking this should be higher, but i only do short journies, so its been ok. It dropped to 24v after just a four mile trip.
