yes you can send it to jimmy at bga but those are a bit bigger than a 18650 cell so not as many will fit.

The idea is to build/weld your new pack and connect the bms up in parallel before disconnecting it from the old cells.

How did you get on - I was thinking of buying an old 300 PAck and recelling it - are there any links to resources showing how to do it? also if I have to stick to
18650 cells can I use 3000mAh 20A to end up witha 20A battery?

I didn't pursue it any further. The cost of decent 21700s and the possibility of it not working made it prohibitive. PowerPack 500s can be found for £500 if you look hard enough.

NO.
The cases can only take 4 cells in parallel so battery would be 12ah with 80a load capability.
