Bosch performance line cx motor continuous ticking under load

Hi all

My recently replaced (400 miles) Bosch performance line cx motor on my 2018 lapierre overvolt is continuously clicking under load, power on or power off in all modes and all gears but not when the cranks are not turning.

I am sure my dealer could fix this but they are 20 miles away so not accessible at present.

My questions are any idea what may be causing this problem and am I likely to be exacerbating it by continuing to ride.

I have read posts saying riding does not harm when clicking but as far as I can tell these posts referenced older Bosch motors.

Have you tried tightening the cranks?

Thanks but cranks are rock solid both sides
