Hi,

I recently acquired an E-Bike which gave me some trouble.

I contacted several e-bike shops but on hearing the words "Chinese Bike" they said not interested& some said are not approved and not legal on Uk roads e.t.c. until I spoke to Al of Cycle Care in High Wycombe in Bucks.

At once he invited me to bring my bike, & there he listen to my query, used process of elimination, used a part of their own to test & solved my problem there & then.

Very Polite, efficient & full of enthusiasm in his job. A rare find nowadays to get so much help & advise, & I was not even charged anything as not a lot of work was involved.

They carry a lot of stock, & as in my case they ordered on line that part needed.

Out of interest what was the problem with the bike, mechanical or electrical ?
