Cassette locking ring tool

Hi,

I need a cassette locking ring tool that will fit over the 12mm spindle of my AKM100 hub motor. Most seem to have a central guide pin, others seem to have too narrow an aperture.

Any ideas?

You can buy them from some of the China e -kit vendors or as I did with my standard one was to drill out the hole so that it fits.

This one looks like it will do the job. It has 1/2" square drive, so should fit over the axle.

Just had a look through my tools and I have one the same as above and it fits fine over the motor axle.

this one also works well for larger axles like 14mm
your meant to use it against the frame and pedal force but using grips on it works though abit awkward
