Charging Freego Battery with Kalkhoff Impulse Charger ?

My Freego 36 volt 3 amps charger has become faulty (second one). I have a Kalkhoff Impulse charger with stated output 42v 2 amps for another 36 volt Kalkhoff battery. The battery connections are the same.

Of course I would like to now use the Kalkhoff charger for both Freego and Kalkhoff batteries, saving buying a 3rd Freego charger.

Does anybody have any experience of this or advice ?

It'll work OK. All 36v lithium batteries work the same, except LiFePO4 ones. LiFePO4 has fallen out of fashion now, so you don't see it so much. Neither of yours are LiFePO4.
