My Ortler has been fantastic, as has the Powerpack battery & Active Line motor. I've upgraded so I'm selling the Ortler & had a potential buyer here.
I was showing him how to remove the battery, but I removed it while it was switched on. The battery is now dead. It was fully charged, so that's not the issue and the charger is fine. I've tried holding down the battery's on/off switch for 30 seconds, but that hasn't done anything.
That was one sale lost - or postponed at least!
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can revive the battery? I have a service centre close by, but if I can do something without involving them, so much the better.
