Hello everyone, I hope you're well! I have just received an e-bike battery from Greenlance to use with a BBSHD. I am very confused. The red and black wires coming from the battery have female and male connectors, respectively. As such, the adapter I purchased (bullet to XT60) is useless.

How do I go about connecting these cables to the motor? I thought it would just be a case of plugging wires into an adapter, but clearly I was wrong. Do I need to purchase more cables then clip off the bullet connectors and re-solder the wire? Won't this immediately void my warranty? Thanks in advance63659

Pictures of everything would show the issue better. Where are the bullets, where is the XT60, what does the adapter look like?

And which warranty? BBSHD or Greenlance? If Greenlance, just ask them.

Cut the bullets off and solder on an XT60, then one doesn't need an extra adapter in between.
Or simply cut both connectors off and solder the two wires to each other and insulate them, there is no need for a connector with a removable battery.
