Help! Edition Bosch motor not changing power mode.

Hi there, can someone please help me?
I have this bike "edition" Bosch mid motor, the display seems stuck in full power ( turbo mode ) can not change down .
Everything seems to work well but the mode changes.
The walk button works as well.
I bought a second hand remote thumb change to the display on eBay thinking that was the problem ( supposed in good nick) , but with this one the bike doesn't even walk, does it need program to the display?
Can someone please help me?

Sorry to say there is nothing as an owner one can do, it probably needs to go to a dealer so the machine can tell him what may be wrong.
