I have an old ( circa 2005 ) long cage rear mech. The only markings I can see on it is "Integrated 8 SIS" I am running an 11-30 cassette, it is OK with this. Does anybody know if it would be OK with an 11-34 ?

it should work OK with all 8-speed cassettes but a picture of the derailleur would help us to be sure.
