Its because of where the spokes have snapped i will have to remove the tyre, inner tube and tape because i can't get the remains of the spokes out of the nipples.
And probably the disc as well.
There is a Very good probability that you can true the wheel with the 2 missing spokes remaining unfixed ;) 2x spokes represent less than 6% of the spokes supporting your wheel ;)

Its not a black art at all

just search for wheel trueing on utube for more in-depth vids but the above covers most of it in less than 5 mins..

If trueing a wheel with the tyre on and worried the rotating nipple heads could abrade the tape/innertube, deflate the tyre first..

Two missing spokes in a front wheel is not structurally the end of the world, but I would caution against trying to true without all spokes present. The symmetry of forces is what keeps a wheel in shape. Adding tension to pull the rim sideways will also affect local radius, making more trouble when the spokes are replaced.

So i gave the bike its first wash and noticed a few things, first is that it does not have a throttle, i think the ebayer just copied a listing then added his own details as the title says with throttle but the description makes no mention of it, i am ok with this as it would be an added complication i don't need, it does have a grip that rotates like a throttle but it just needs an allen screw tightening up.
Haven't put the battery back on yet but rode the bike and it rides fine and gears all work and the bike is in good condition.
Info i found online says it needs 25PSI front and 30PSI rear (mountain bike tyres) but they feel quite spongy at that.
The front wheel has 2 broken/unattached spokes, are these an easy fix? something i can do myself?
You need to repair those spokes very soon or your whole wheel can collapse. On any bike, if one spoke goes, it's nothing to worry about. If two go, it indicates a problem and if three go, there's no point in replacing them. Instead, you should get thw whole wheel rebuilt because the others will go too.

Those tyre pressures seem much too low to me. I would never run with less than 40 PSI on a bike like that. It's not the type of tyres that decide what pressure you run, it's the type of rides. Those pressures might be right for serious off-road riding, but they bring the possibility of pinch flats that typically leave you stranded, and they're no good for stability on the higher speeds you get on the road.

It's sorted and back in the bike Halfords did it for £20, they trued it as well and gave me a free inner tube when they cut the first one doing the job.
If another spoke breaks, don't waste your time replacing it because they will all start to break. Replace or rebuild the wheel when that happens.
