Freego Folder Battery stuck

Hi,

I have been out riding my bike today and when I came to fold it up to put in the the car, the battery wouldn’t pull off the bike.

I find the bike heavy enough to lift without the battery and it was a real struggle to get it back into the boot of my car.

I had unlocked the battery from the frame completely and the battery was within the runners that hold it in place, but no amount of effort on my part can get the battery to come off the bike - can any one suggest anything to help?

You need to lever it up from the bottom. From memory, you can get a screwdriver under the bottom back edge to lever it up.
