I'm looking to put rear disc brakes on my Freego Hawk and my wifes Freego Wren, and then either putting on a mechanical rear caliper, or upgrade to a set of hydraulic calipers. I believe it's been done, so has anyone on here done this, as it looks like I'll need a threaded adaptor if one is available for the hub to mount the rear disc on, so any ideas on one being available, price etc. would be much appreciated.
