Giant Prime e blinking battery indicator

I have had a Giant Prime e+ 0 for three years now.
Since last week I’ve encountered the problem with the second bar of the battery blinking and no assist through the motor.
Does anyone know what this indicator means?
There is no fault code in the left hand of the screen.

I reckon it's either the battery, controller, motor or display. In other words I haven't the faintest, but am bumping this in case one of the experts does.

Mid drive Giant hmmm!!!
Thoughts of CANbus come to mind so a dealer to fault find the issue.

With no assist one would think either a battery issue or motor assist sensor fault , these bikes like other sof the type aren't user freindly fixable so needs a dealer to plug in and fault find.

Goedendag, heeft u een oplossing gevonden? Ik heb hetzelfde probleem, alleen heb ik geen scherm maar LED-indicatie, en de officiële dealer stelde voor om de motor gewoon te vervangen voor 865 euro zonder eerst te controleren.
