It'll probably be cheaper to find a local engineering firm to weld up the cracks.
Those bars are custom made for that bike. I think I've seen other versions of it under different brand names, but whatever they are, you'll only be able to get them from the manufacturer. Some of these Chinese suppliers are quite good at helping when you have problems, but you must use very simple and clear language, and pictures help. Add some arrows to your photo and add the words "cracks" to each one, then say, "Please see photo. I need replacement handlebars. Can you supply me with some?"Thanks for your reply i took them this evening to a place in newburn newcastle upon tyne called specialist weilding services they do all kinds of repairs but they said the should be ok after weilding but i should look for an alternative just in case they go again.
im picking them up after 4 pm today and price for fix is £45 very reasonable i think i will post pics of the repair but i did look online and could not find anything simular.
I will contact mario bike as you stated it can be difficult explaining things so it is not lost in translation as last year I did try to get a replacement plastic controller box that fits to the bottom of the frame and after sending over 10 pictures and lots of txt they kept replying “so you need a new frame” so I gave up after 2 weeks ping pong messages and no further forward as it was quite frustrating .Those bars are custom made for that bike. One picture of just the thing you wanted and 6 words of text would probably have brought you success. They can't understand English, so you have to keep it very simple and clear. Doing that, I've never had a problem when dealing with the Chinese.I will contact mario bike as you stated it can be difficult explaining things so it is not lost in translation as last year I did try to get a replacement plastic controller box that fits to the bottom of the frame and after sending over 10 pictures and lots of txt they kept replying “so you need a new frame” so I gave up after 2 weeks ping pong messages and no further forward as it was quite frustrating .
