i got a sram xx1 eagle mech from ebay

both pulley wheels are fooked bearings feel like it has grit in them and sound like a bag of spanners same as the rest of the moving parts esp the clutch/spring just look at the wet crap in there and on the pulley bearings but not is all lost but goes to show what happens if you dont bother to service anything on a £250 rear mech





2 new pulley wheels are on the way from the seller and after a clean and re lube will be as good as new

all done and good as new bar the pulley wheels tho i have managed to save the bottom one but the top one is fooked.

this is my 3rd party carbon back plate thread that holds the top pulley wheel in place as thought the bolt just came undone but under a microscope shows it was ripped out with force and ripped the chain in half.

new pulley wheels in but a warning if anyone buys these as the bottom one was rubbing on the outer cage at the bottom and had to grind about 1mm of the bottom part so it was not rubbing anymore.
