Please consider emailing your MP to vote for Cycling and Walking Amendment in the Parliamentary vote coming this Mon. It seems on the face of it that the Bill omits them!
There are standard letters to use on CTC like:

Please vote to support the inclusion of a Cycling and Walking Investment Strategy in
the Infrastructure Bill this Mon 26th Jan, details of the proposed amendment are at
