KT lcd-3 problems

I have this as part of a kit i bought this kit has a 36volt 500w motor its from ebc
i have not been able to get everything right on the screen it works on throttle only and the display does not show volts or the battery bars on the top the pas does not work either any help with the settings would be appreciated

Is the hub a D/D.
If a setting issue it will be easier for you to list the P & C parameters for us to see.

Finally got the time to get the parameter numbers
here they are p1 100 p2 0 p3 1 p4 0 p5 14 c1 00 c2 0 c3 6 c4 0 c5 10 c6 3 c7 0 c8 0 c9 0 c10 n c11 2 c12 4 c13 0 c14 2
the hub is a rear wheel hub

C11 try 0 for lcd3. C11/2 is for copying data to other lcd's.

C1 is for pas setting which setting depends on the pas sensor fitted. If a KT forward version then either 00 - 02.
If a v12 reverse sensor then 05 - 07.

P1 setting can be played with but you need to know the motor magnets and gear ratio.

If you disconnect the LCD and bridge the red and blue wires and the two data wires, which are the ones that aren't red, black or blue. The controller should work on throttle and PAS level 1 or whatever is the default PAS level.

If those are the only functions you're getting, it implies a problem with the data wires. If PAS doesn't work, there could be a problem with it, so try disconnecting it to see if other functions return.
