Help! KT-LCD3 PAS not working but throttle does

So my problem is that PAS is not working. When I pedal pas sensor red light is flashing but doesn't give any engine power, it's installed to left side. I've tried c1 settings 2-7, with some c1 settings it gives a bit under 1 second push when starting to pedal but stops there. Throttle works normally.

settings:
p settings: p1 100, p2 1, p3 1, p4 0, p5 15
C settings: C1 08, C2 0, C3 0, C4 4, C5 10, C6 3, C7 1, C8 0, C9 0, C10 n, C11 0, C12 4, C13 0, C14 1

Motor:
MXUS XF15
48V

PAS sensor: KT-D12L , 12 magnets

C1 08 new one on me, I thought 07 was max.
For D12L/12 mag disc then C1 02, if still no joy try pedalling backwards in case disc face orientation or sensor orientation is wrong.
Ensure gap between disc/sensor is 1-2mm max.

Sensor doesn't flash when pedalling backwards so it's right way I'd say. I'll try later today 00-02 settings, thanks.

One can also adjust sensitivity with C14 3 is max or 2 for medium.

Ok so I changed C14 to 3 and tried c1 0-12 and best result what I got is video related, it activates motor for under a second only:

Ok now it suddenly started working with c4 setting when I removed battery and installed it again.

Any chance you also figured out what the fix was? I am having the same problem too, throttle works but PAS does not, doesn't even register on the screen.
