Evening,
I’m trying to make my bike throttle legal by modifying settings on my KT LCD8 (same settings as LCD3).
I have C4=1 and P4=1 which states “Before power assist, the handlebar
speed limit is 6Km/h, after power
assist, handlebar is full speed”.
This works as stated (slow speed throttle without pedalling then full throttle after pedalling).
The issue is if you pedal and activate the full throttle it keeps giving full power even if you stop pedalling which must be illegal. Am I missing something?
Also attached is rest of settings.

Thanks Neilh, that seems to work.
Understand how it works. The throttle has changed into a power boost button. When you're pedalling above 4 mph, it gives instant maximum power when you operate it. There is no in-between power or speed. In that case you don't need to use the up and down buttons when you need increased power for a short climb or a dash round a roundabout or through a busy junction. Below 4mph, it works like any throttle without pedalling.
