I'd like to purchase this 36v 15ah battery as a spare for my Woosh Krieger bike: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/36v-Battery-15AH-500W-E-bike-Battery-used-samsung-3000mah-batteries-Electric-Bike-Battery-with-USB/32338409332.html?ws_ab_test=searchweb201556_1_71_72_73_74_75,searchweb201527_2,searchweb201560_9

Can anyone tell me if, according to its description, it is a good quality battery that will last well and that also meets good safety standards?

Thanks very much for any opinions you can give on it.

I had a brief look as I'm just off to work but the spec's look ok with Samsung cells and is the same 09 battery case, looks good for £233 delivered but could be problematic and costly to send back if it has any faults ( no back up or guarantee). Worth a punt let us know how you get on if you get one as feed back is always of use. I have 2 of this type so in the future 2-3 years I may need a couple more hopefully by then they will be able to get more ah into the cells and give 16+ ah.

That's good to know will help with more range.

JohnS forgot to say that tax and import duty will be liable so you may have to cough up another 30- 40 on top which may not make it worth any agro in the long run.
