Oxygen MTB speed restriction

Hi all just purchased a oxygen MTB I only use the bike off road and wondered how or if I can take of 15 mph restriction off

I have contacted oxygen they say can be done but for legal reasons can't say how. I have a 2016 S-Cross MTB with this controller

Similar, but not the same. I'm still looking for how to change it. I seem to have mislaid what I thought I had.

I'm pretty sure that it's something to do with the de-restricting of the throttle.

Yes I have tried that but still no luck. The +&- together don't seem to have any effect I can get this mode in this by holding down the set button for four seconds then the screen looks like this.

I had an adsl router that came with that "password" deep in the documentation it was marked "please change the password", how many users read that far.
