Rear bike rack for an MR2?

There are loads of car bike racks out there as we all know.

But my car is a bit different, MR2 revision 2 model.

Roof rack is not really something I would consider as its a t-bar. Remove able glass panels.

Anyone have any input?

Probably your best bet is to have a tow bar fitted and use a rack that fits on the tow bar.

Can you get a boot lid rack - I had one on my MX5 ---- Took a pedal off and strapped the bike flat onto it....look a sod but worked

Not keen on having a towbar hanging out the back of my MR2 mate.

Although I can see it's probably the easiest option.

You can get removable tow bar so you only bolt it back on when required. That is what I use and then I fit onto it an Exodus bike carrier (a mere £60!). Probably wouldn't carry two electric bikes but it carries my Woosh Big Bear with ease.
