Replacement Kalkhoff 25.2v 18Ah battery options?

The original battery on one of our 2011-model Agattus is on its last legs. Is cell replacement a sensible option, given that I'm handy with a soldering iron? I guess my concerns about that are mainly how cost-effective that might be, where to get the cells, and how reliable they're likely to be.

Apologies if this has been covered before, but I did try the search function before posting ...

You shouldn't solder them. You need a spot-welder that costs at least £100, so not cost effective to only do one battery. Also, you'll probably pay more for the cells than a complete battery.
