I was doing a little research, to find out if the polyurea/mineral oil based grease I use on my BBS02 final drive, would have any effect on the nylon gear.

We all know that Chinese made products aren't made with the best tolerances, so it's likely any grease added to the final drive, will squeeze through to the nylon gear.

Here's something I found, which may help members in selecting suitable greases and lubricants to use.

I was surprised by the mineral oil and petroleum results, as I was lead to believe that these destroy nylon gears.
