Iv set p10 to 0 but the throttle still seems to make it go

Any idea?

P9=1 for throttle only working when you pedal
P10=2 for both throttle and PAS active all the time under the condition of P9=1

That would make a 250w motor system legal, but if you have a 1000w motor, it's illegal, so you might as well use the throttle illegally too.

That's not right cause p9 just adjusts how quick throttle kicks in p10 does 0 1 and 2

As I stated i did but for some reason it is not deactivating the throttle as it should
